It is set on 40 acres of privately-owned land and consists of a star-shaped hotel surrounded by colorful gardens, expansive pools, palm trees, a lake, a mini-zoo, and views of the beach. The bright, spacious, indoor common areas, built using Greek earth tone marbles and sumptuous woods, as well as the outdoor facilities, ensure a magnificent experience for every guest. The resort comprises a total of 691 guestrooms, including 642 deluxe guestrooms, 24 junior suites, 10 rooms fully equipped for guests with special needs, and a private VIP floor on the 9th level with 13 suites, 1 presidential suite, 1 royal suite and a VIP Lounge, all with direct private access reserved only for VIP guests. The resort offers 3 restaurants, 4 bars, many choices for catering in open-air areas, a full range of recreational and sports facilities, activities inside and outside the resort, and a private section on Ixia Beach reserved exclusively for resort guests.
With a total conference capacity of up to 8,000 delegates in 100 meeting rooms, it is the largest resort/convention center in Greece.

The elegant 9-storey hotel houses 691 guestrooms (smoking and non-smoking rooms available), including a total of 40 suites, a private VIP floor with beautiful suites and a VIP lounge, and 10 guestrooms for guests with special needs. Over 75% of our guestrooms offer views of the Aegean Sea. All rooms reflect the Greek influence of warm colors, marble, sumptuous woods, and refined antiques and amenities.
